Replace the faulty X-axis fishing line with a T2.5 belt and 608 bearing, as suggested by another user on Thingiverse. Begin by removing sandpaper from the pulley and placing it onto the motor using a small hammer to secure the 608 bearings on the X-base. Next, replace the standard plate for the X-Axis motor with the printed x-base part; you may need to use a rasp to ensure proper fitment. Cut two "Mickey Mouse ears" from the wooden plate near the stepper motor to allow full X movement. The 608 bearings are large and require about 3cm of clearance on each side. Drill 3mm holes for end stop installation, one in the wooden bed and one for the end stop itself. Refer to the gallery's fourth picture for guidance when fixing the end stop. Place the belt onto the pulley and bearing, then secure it with the end stop screw. Test the belt's positioning on the bearing, and finally, assemble the bed using longer 40mm screws.
