The most cost-effective method for increasing your x-axis length is by using the original Printrbot Simple print bed, which can extend up to 180mm. I encountered difficulties printing the 608BearingCap608 from the same Thingiverse page, so I designed it into two parts to simplify printing; however, these components require gluing together for assembly.
