Printrbot Simple (2013) Bowden conversion V2

Updated version of my previous Bowden conversion for the wooden Printrbot Simple (2013): this redesigned model features a removable fan deflector/shroud and friction mounts for PTFE tube connectors. It also includes adaptations of rswarner's Internal filament guide for Printrbot direct drive extruder and owens' Printrbot Simple Bowden conversion fitting. The fan mount, shroud, extruder fitting, and new extruder support fitting require printing one of each component (except flat disks, where two are needed). Assembly instructions provided. Additional components include 2x M3 bolts with nuts and 4mm outer/2mm inner PTFE tube (about a foot in length). Friction fittings should securely hold the PTFE tube without movement; if not, try packing with sandpaper.
