Printrbot Simple 1405 feet with Supports
thingiverse
I whipped this up using Tinkercad (tinkercad.com/things/aXmdGugwINT). I drew inspiration from a clawfoot design (tinkercad.com/things/2x5aMtWwHrW), modified it to fit the Printrbot 1405 and got printing. Just print out four of these, yank off the back supports and you're all set! Mine looks a bit sloppy because I used fingernail polish for a coat, but it works. Glue two on the front and two on the rear, then you're good to go. Inside each one I lined with blue painters tape so they'd stick solidly in place. There's an empty space underneath perfect for throwing some rubber bumpers, which will prevent your Printrbot from sliding all over your work desk. They also lift it up a notch and give better airflow underneath, keeping things cooler during longer prints.
