This design builds upon my initial concept for a fan shroud suitable for the Simple Makers Edition. It's engineered to circulate air evenly across the freshly printed material from all sides. To integrate this fan shroud into your existing setup, no modifications are required. I assume that your heater block is positioned with the heating cartridge situated between the nozzle and the fan. A reference picture will be added later for clarity. Important Instructions: Printing without support is possible, but some minor cleaning might be necessary after removing the printed arch from the build platform. To prevent warping, ensure that you use a minimum time per layer setting adequate to your printer's capabilities. Due to its proximity to the heater block, I highly recommend using a high-temperature material like PET or XT for optimal results. However, with some successful trials, even PLA can produce excellent prints when covered in aluminum-coated ducting tape.
