Elevate Y-axis travel by installing Y-axis extension thing 229854 and modifying X-axis extension thing 215294. The upgraded build includes a built-in bed-leveling adjustment sans springs, with instructions available. Print the required parts using an 18"x6"x0.025" aluminum sheet from Home Depot, along with a 28" 0.25x0.25 aluminum bar, Scotch mounting tape (white, foam-centered double-stick tape), and four M3x20mm screws. Use 2.5mm and 8mm drills, an optional M3 tap and handle from Amazon, and a heat gun during the process. Before starting, note that the instructions have only been tested with KISSlicer. Print the parts, ensuring they do not fit on the original simple setup in its 100x100 configuration. Finish the parts by drilling out 8mm and 2.5mm holes, with the latter positioned at the top front hole and only the bottom. After loosening belt tensioners, removing the bed, and taking apart all parts from rods (saving the right end), slide the left end onto the rods, using a heat gun to warm it up if needed. Attach the right support in the same manner. Replace the original right-end support and slide the belt into the left support, warming and clamping as required. Thread front and back screws through their respective locations, leaving the back one slightly loose for now. Cut aluminum bar pieces to fit between the left end and the right support. Notch the sheet's back corners to provide clearance for screw heads without reducing print area. Apply and trim double-sided mounting tape on parts and bars as indicated in the picture. Place the sheet on parts without bars, followed by pressing the bars under the sheet at the edges. For bed leveling, move the hotend to the left front rod, setting Z height "just above" the bed. Then, adjust the front screw to lift the bed to the same height as before. Repeat this process for the back edge, securing the bed with a tightened back screw.
