A well-designed device typically features a USB jack on its backside, so I opted for the same placement with the power plug to ensure easy connection. This also facilitated relocating the PSU away from the printer, enhancing accessibility when working on it. To install this setup, I used the printed part as a template to cut out a hole in the frame's back plate using a Dremel tool. Salvage the female side of the plug from old computer motherboards or purchase it from suppliers like Digikey or surplus stores. The cable and male plug can be obtained from your original power supply, provided you remove any unnecessary cables and upgrade the wire gauge for your printer. Surplus stores or computer component shops often carry these items. After soldering the male to female cable connection, I secured the female plug with crazy glue before attaching it to the base using leftover Printrbot screws and nuts.
