A screw isolator like this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40272 is recommended to prevent issues with non-straight or misaligned screws. Designed for a 9.5mm horizontal rod, I've provided the files for customization to your preferred diameter. This design suits the Printrbot Plus V1, but may also work for V2 and non-Plus models, though specific dimensions should be confirmed.
