The 40mm Pivoting Fan Mount is designed for attachment onto the Printrbot Plus' side, specifically over its right-hand smooth-rod enclosure. You might find that the existing screws work with this part, but if they are insufficiently long, substitute them with 2x 1-3/4 in. #6-32 screws for successful installation.
