My Assembled Printrbot Plus bought from Amazon had its Extruder Idler pieces scattered across the box, a broken Sensor Bracket and a Mainboard with a wobbly USB port - all very disheartening. But to their credit, they have been highly responsive via support. Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I employed Tinker Cad to create replacement parts. If your bracket develops issues, simply print out these new components and replace it; mine was printed on a UP Plus 2 using ABS, and now the printer operates smoothly - almost consistently. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer Model: Printrbot Plus Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: .15 mm Infill Percentage: 0.5 % Notes: Print settings were unremarkable; I used the densest fill with default settings, and even that was set at a fairly modest resolution of .15 on my trusty UP PLUS 2 in ABS.
