https://www.youmagine.com/designs/printrbot-play-fan-mount VERSION 2:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1765343 I designed this to accommodate larger fans, using a 40x40x20mm part cooling fan and a 30x30x15mm hot end cooling fan. I attach it to tapped holes in the bottom of the extruder with three M3 screws, utilizing extra 6mm button head ones that came in my kit. To secure the fans, I used some craft wire and twisted the ends, but you can also drill out the holes and use nuts and bolts if preferred. With this setup, I can now print beautiful 20 degree overhangs, and even 15 degree overhangs look good too. The ribbing prevents rotating air from escaping at an angle. Ducting to the hot end heat sink optimizes the airflow coming from the fan. However, an increased airflow fan here doesn't really make a difference. I am currently working on a wrap-around duct to cool the part evenly, but space is limited.
