Attach a side fan to your Printrbot Original with ease using this clip-on mount. The mount clips onto the X motor mount, secured by two 1" 6-32 screws, which hold a 40mm fan in place. The design ensures that the print carriage is clear when homed. The fan blows cool air over the center of the print bed, maintaining an even temperature around your print and print head. This helps with bridging, though an on-carriage fan may be more effective. Additionally, this mount is easy to monitor your print progress. For further customization, a SketchUp model is provided for derivatives and adjustments to suit your printer. The mount fits perfectly on Prusa-Mendel and Printrbot Original printers.
