To utilize Printrbot nozzles on your Makerbot, drill a 3/32" hole in an M6x1.0 male to 1/4"-20 male brass adapter (McMaster-Carr P/N 97437A600). If necessary, use a larger drill bit to bevel the edges for off-center holes. The off-centered hole at the other end typically won't affect molten plastic flow through the nozzle.
