The initial LED mount for the 2014 Printrbot Simple with aluminium extruder seemed ineffective, so I modified the jhoff mounting plate to fit up to four 5mm LEDs. Power is drawn from the Printrboard pinout. This is a work-in-progress project as I'm not entirely satisfied with its current lighting distribution; future revisions will explore adding more LEDs in the back area. Share your thoughts or improvements on this design if you print it at 0.2mm layer height and 70% infill, or even at 0.3mm layer height and 25% infill (from original version).
