My 5-year-old daughter has been observing me 3D print for almost her entire life, so it was no surprise when she asked if her dolls could have their own 3D printer. The PB Mini is a roughly one-fifth scale model of the PrintrBot Simple Metal, which seemed just right to go with her large Barbie and Ken dolls. I didn't go into detail about the extruder at this scale, but I thought it was essential to show the hotend and autolevel sensor since those are the most visible features (and the brightest). Assembly requires attaching the bed to the base, and the arm is designed to slide smoothly on the tower. However, I made a mistake with the hole in the arm, so you'll need to use a file to enlarge it slightly before it fits properly.
