Leveling legs that add stability to the Printrbot Metal Simple Instructions Print settings: Layer: .2 First Layer: .3 Infill: 20% Honeycomb Perimeter: 3 Top: 4 Bottom: 4 Skirt Loops: 3 Distance 2mm No support Print 2 each they are interchangeable front and back. You will have to put the part at an angle (Rotation) to get it to fit on the Simple. I used Z 235 for the left and Z 30 for the right (Picture shows Left being printed) Assembly: First ream/drill the holes thru the fingers and the bottom support with a #30 (.120 in.) reamer/drill. Fit the parts together until the screws fit with little or no pressure. Tap the legs with a 1/4-20 tap Fit the assembled parts to the Prinrtbot making sure the bottom of the metal frame is seated in the channel Use the two front screw holes as a guide and drill (2) 2.5mm hole (4 total) thru the metal frame, then tap 3mm x .5mm. Ream the holes in the legs only as above to fit screws. (Opt: drill 3mm and use nuts from the inside) (Note: The mounting holes must be used in order to keep the feet secure and provide the strength for this system.) Install the pads and level Printrbot and its ready to run. Caution Do not over tighten the (4) 30mm screws. Tighten them just enough to hold the assembly together. Over tightening will damage the fingers and scrap the parts.
