I merged multiple Thingiverse elements to create this custom setup, tailoring them for seamless integration with the Hexagon hotend on my Printrbot Metal Plus. Included in the design are the following essential components: a modified PLA cooling fan positioned level with the base of the hotend, a 30mm hotend fan shroud to optimize airflow, and an extension adapter that ensures the hotend has the correct length for optimal performance. You will need two screws to secure the adapter firmly onto the top of the hotend. The detailed specifications are as follows: Print Settings: Rafts: None required Supports: Not needed Resolution: 0.2mm layer height for high precision Infill: 20% density for excellent mechanical strength
