After assembling many Printrbot Simple kits with educators, I created this jig to rapidly sort the M3 screws for it. The slots represent the 8mm, 10mm, 16mm, 20mm, 22mm, and 6mm screws. Once they're sorted, we put them in labeled ice cube trays. Believe me, this saves a lot of time and frustration during the assembly process. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple White Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3096 Infill: N/A Notes: This will print quickly at .3096 layer height in two passes. Be cautious when removing from the bed as the edge around the largest and smallest slots is pretty narrow.
