Printrbot LC Plus Z-Endstop
thingiverse
Initially, my printer's Z-endstop was unstable and caused printing issues, prompting me to try OpenSCAD for a replacement part. This is my first upload and just my second part created in OpenSCAD. The fit is snug, so I added a hole for a screw as a precautionary measure; however, it's unnecessary on my print. My OpenSCAD design is basic and can be improved upon. You can adjust the end stop screw position by changing the 'stopScrew' value in the scad file and recompiling. Currently, it's set at 13.5 mm combined with a 2 mm body, making it 15.5 from the inside face of the Z-endstop leg.
