This is for the Printrbot LC version, but I've made modifications to make it work on the Printrbot LC PLUS as well. I have provided two DXF files - one with a 4mm thickness and another with a 5mm thickness. My Printrbot uses the 5mm version. Print settings: 0.3mm layer, 80% infill for a strong enough print.
