The X-tensioner for the PrintrBot Jr. offers an easy way to adjust tension using finger screws, while protecting wood surfaces with screw cups. Before and after cup images demonstrate its effectiveness in correcting squashed circle/lemon shapes. It also includes sockets for 1/4"20 Hex nuts on the inside portion of the tensioner. The user simply hand-twists the screws in and tightens them snugly. This extension is designed for use with GT2 gears (20 tooth) and matching timing belt, with a layer height of .3175mm (using stock Z threaded rod), fill density of .4/concentric pattern, and 3mm ABS material.
