This tensioner is unique as it is simple, small, and robust. It works for both X and Y belts of the Jr., plus possibly any other printer with .2" pitch 1/4" width timing belts. To install, purchase #4-40 x 1" machine screws and nuts from a nearby Home Depot. Insert nuts into tensioner and thread screws through them. Tighten belt and place tensioner on the frame; it should fit snugly. Adjust tension using screws for perfect results. Enjoy a seamless printing experience with your Printrbot's now perfectly tightened belts!
