*** UpdateV2: 2/21/18 *** The fan shroud mount has been significantly improved. The first version's shroud was slightly tilted to the left of the extruder nozzle, causing misalignment issues. Version two incorporates a better design that centers the shroud and ensures it aligns perfectly with the extruder nozzle. Happy Printing & Enjoy! v1: 2/18/18 I recently discovered an excellent model for a different Printrbot on Thingiverse, created by TechnoSwiss. This model is compatible with my friend's Printrbot Jr 1307 and shares the same extruder assembly design for fan mounting. You can view the original submission by checking the "Remixed With" section on this page. To install this model, simply remove your fan from its current attachment point on the cnc cut part. Then, detach the part that held the fan, exposing the 4 pegs that connected it to the printer. Using these pegs, attach the new model in place of the original part. The model includes provided screw holes for reattaching your fan. Voila! You now have an excellent fan shroud for your Printrbot JR 1307. Special Thanks go out to TechnoSwiss, the original designer.
