Printrbot+ and LC printed Extruder Mount

An upgraded x-carriage for my Printrbot+ is designed to provide more room for a ducted fan (yet undecided). The original lasercut x-carriage was too cramped. This new version also accommodates an extended deck that accepts the part from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:25473 with slight modifications to the cooling duct. The renamed extruder mount is not a complete carriage. To install, print it, clean up openings, and attach to Printrbot+/LC. For compatibility with the fan duct from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:25473, also print pbplus_mount_update and assemble.
