If you have the PrinterBot 1405 with the XL upgrade, this part adds significantly more height in the Z direction, giving you around 20mm of extra room. You can clearly see from the pictures that the wood frame is literally the only thing holding it back from going even higher now. Part II (ZAxisStop3.stl): Even more space has been added for the extruder motor in this version. I'm still working on tweaking it though. Part III (ZAxisStop4.stl): I keep finding that I need to take away parts of the plate to make room for the Y axis carriage, which means it's not big enough yet. Be sure to use a good fill % when printing (at least 20%) as this part is quite fragile and can benefit from more strength due to its small size now. I've included the STL and FreeCAD files with my uploads so that everyone can give it a try.
