After hours of frustrating marathon prints, I finally identified the culprit - a scorching hot feed system. To resolve this issue, I designed a simple solution to hold a 50mm fan right where it's needed most. A hole in the bracket is specifically sized for a case fan screw, making installation a breeze. Meanwhile, an M3 screw already mounted on my Printrbot gets secured by loosening it by 2mm, allowing the bracket to slide into place seamlessly before re-tightening it snugly. Printed with precise care using a layer thickness of 0.40 mm and carefully calibrating my prints with 2 mm skirts for an extra polished finish.
