PrintrBoard Raspberry Pi Enclosure w/ Fan

Summary When I upgraded my PrintrBot Simple Metal Silver with a hotbed it suddenly caught on fire. This was due to increased heat causing resistance in the power cable which created an escalating cycle of heat and resistance leading to the fire. To prevent this from happening again, I moved my PrintrBoard out from under the hotbed to reduce the risk of another fire caused by overheating. Having a PrintrBoard sitting on my desk was not safe either. It also presented several opportunities for me to design an enclosure for it and add cooling features such as a fan. This would help keep both my PrintrBoard and Raspberry Pi cool, especially since I use the latter as a slave for my PrintrBot using AstroPi from AstroPrint. I have Rev.D Printrboard hardware, now upgraded to Rev.F, and a Raspberry Pi 2, which has been replaced by a Pi 3. As such, my files are specific to these pieces of equipment, but I've included SolidEdge part files for users with either SolidEdge or SolidWorks so they can modify them according to their needs. Some of the files include spaces for nuts and bolts. Since I usually use 3mm fasteners, most nut inlays have been omitted as ABS and PLA both work well with a tap. However, to utilize this enclosure as designed, you will need to drill a hole on your PrintrBot's side. This can be used to mark where the hole should be placed. To print the enclosure, support material is necessary. I've found MatterControl's 'Support Everywhere' feature useful in creating support within the part rather than originating from the print bed. If you have access to Simplify3D, this feature is also available. The announcement of Fallout 4 has gotten me excited! Feel free to share your thoughts or suggestions here.
