We have replacement components for the printMATE 3D model. These include: The Pinion V2.0, featuring a nut that is compliant with ISO 4032 M3 specifications, alongside a screw following ISO 10642 guidelines in terms of M3x10 dimension. The Gear V2.0 features three precision-engineered M3 holes placed around the circumference at an exterior diameter of Ø44 for easy integration of custom reference plates. To update to Pinion V2.1, simply install our updated nut part which adheres strictly to DIN 562 standards, in addition to a new socket set screw compliant with DIN 913 specs. Keep up to speed with printMATE gear improvements by upgrading to Gear V2.1, which delivers an all-new compact design focusing exclusively on the mechanical gearbox element itself. In case of need or desire for more precise outcomes from these component updates, we suggest setting a Recommended resolution for gear as at 0.2mm precision And in respect of print pinion, this same parameter should ideally stand around at approximately 0.1mm accuracy settings
