First thing I would like to say is what is this. Let Me Explain I been printing a little while and I have found a brand and type of filament I am happy using. One day I seen a unbranded roll in a really nice colour with 25% off. So I bought it and proceeded to print something in it and it welded itself to my bed. Try again turn the temperature down 20c and it would not stick to the bed. Over the next several hours I watched the first layer go down unsuccessfully many times. Took it off the printer and threw it in the cupboard that is when my problems started. Over the next couple hours my eyes were dry and very sore and painful and then they were very wet and sore and painful. I found some information at 3D printers can spray microscopic particles. So I made this thing it uses a pocket from a file binder or you can use a punch to punch it in Holes into a clear piece of plastic I have made it as light as I can on because I don't want to increase the weight on the print head.
