Printing Bed Device Fights Sagging in Center and Other Locations. My 220x220 mm PCB Bed with Aluminum Surface Sags a Bit in the Center After Five Years. Leveling is very stable at the edges, but after five years, the bed sag becomes noticeable, so much that the first layer shows a variance in extrusion width. Placing the device between the carriage and heating bed helps to stabilize the sagging issue. Rings (small or big) have a groove for the heating bed temperature sensor cables. The lift per turn is 15 um (3.7 um per quarter turn), with a maximum lift of 3.3 mm, and a minimum height of 13.5 mm. The height can be adjusted by scaling up the rings to the required height, making it possible to increase the height by simply scaling up the ring to the desired level.
