The modified extruder head was created from the original front cover, which was first converted into STL format and then tweaked in OpenSCAD. This innovative design enables instant curing of UV-sensitive materials by integrating up to eight UV diodes, as depicted in accompanying images. A prototype was successfully printed using a FDM machine at a scaled ratio of 1:2.
