This was designed to be easily made without a 3D Printer. Important Note: The PDF version of the template is designed to print to the correct scale, so use it if you are printing. The SVG is included so others can easily edit the design. YouTube Tutorial There Should be an imbedded YouTube Video above this text, but if it is broken use this link: https://youtu.be/GHHkdeGY_YE How To Build Materials Needed A piece of thin, flexible plastic works well for this project. I have found that the lid for an ice cream bucket is a great choice. Tape or glue are necessary materials. A permanent marker will help with tracing the outline of the template onto the plastic. A craft knife is required to cut along the traced edges and make holes in each hook outline. Not Needed, but recommended: A hole punch can be used to speed up the process of making holes in each hook outline. Making the Template 1. Print out the template on letter paper. 2. Cut along the dotted line with a craft knife or scissors. 3. Use a craft knife or hole punch to cut each circle out from the template. 4. Cut along the solid black line to finish making the template. Making the Mask Adapter 1. Tape the template to the plastic with your adhesive of choice, positioning it as far to one side as possible to get more adapters out of a single piece of plastic. 2. Using a permanent marker, trace the outline of the template onto the plastic. 3. Remove the template and cut along the traced edges with a craft knife or scissors. 4. Use a hole punch to make a hole at the center of each hook outline, or use a craft knife if you don't have a punch. 5. Cut out each hook by following the traced line, with the end hook looking like the example below. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/sfw15fz.jpg" alt="Example Tooth" style="width:128px;height:66px;">
