Printer Shock Absorbers

Printer Shock Absorbers

Here's my latest design for Printer Shock Absorbers, tailored specifically for my Artillery Sidewinder X1 and Creality CR10S PRO. I've used a Compression Spring with 1.2mm wire diameter, 12mm outer diameter, and a free length of 30mm - I'm employing eight springs on each foot. I'm thoroughly impressed by the significant reduction in vibrations these absorbers have achieved for my desk. The system remains rigid while providing excellent absorption capabilities. Interestingly, shorter springs seem to be more effective at controlling the printer's swing, even with its substantial weight of 45 pounds. When the printer is placed atop four absorbers, one at each corner, it compresses approximately 5mm due to its weight alone. The **Top_v3_30mm_4_Squash.stl** design is specifically intended to accommodate the anti-vibration Squash Ball system on top.
