Printer's box corners

I wasn't thrilled with differential cooling during prints on the side closer to the room wall, so I decided to build an isolation enclosure for my printer. The box walls could be anything, but in this project, I'm planning to use scavenged styrofoam. However, any other isolating material will also work just fine. Attached files include mounting corners and joints for such walls. Future plans: I aim to convert it into a configurable unit for the wall width. I suspect that some walls are really thin, so I might need to enforce it with aluminum tape to add some sturdiness. Details: Currently, the side walls of this enclosure measure 10 mm, and the back wall/support measures 20 mm. There is no ceiling or floor at the moment for this enclosure.
