For use with the new design of bubble jet ink cartridges, this technique demands a specific type of refill syringe. Refilling Instructions: Begin by removing air from within the cartridge using a syringe that matches the size of your cartridge's ink outlet. Push down on the plunger to create suction. After you've removed the air, fill the syringe with fresh ink and then place its nozzle over the cartridge's ink inlet. Watch closely as the vacuum draws the ink out of the syringe. To facilitate precise work around small features such as the ink nozzles in our printer model, a gentle smoothing operation can be applied using sandpaper to slightly trim back the protruding plastic on each knob at the base of the nozzle tip. This adaptation prevents tiny imperfections from forming and enables flawless assembly. With this upgrade complete, carefully fit the syringe's attachment point over the corresponding nozzle until it snugly clicks into place. I used crazy glue for an ultra-tight seal that doesn't compromise durability, making this mod irreversible but providing unparalleled performance in refill applications.
