Printer offset calibration
thingiverse
I created this Thing to figure out the optimal offset measure between two pieces such that they would fit but not stick, rotate but not be wobbly. The purpose is to know the optimal offset distance between faces for your printer when you need pieces to move or rotate without friction. The offset between each of the 5 tubes and the center piece progresses from 0.2mm to 0.6 mm. I placed a 0.2mm thread linking the 6 individual pieces so that it generates a unique STL. It is located under the Thing. Cut after printing.
