If you print at heigher speeds, the frame can start flexing a bit, potentially causing slight problems like uneven layer heights.

But more important, it just looks freaking nice!

For the full set, it takes 12 braces, each taking around 65g of filament, totalling 780g added weight to your printer. You also need 24 T-nuts (3d printable) and ~15mm screws (for medium and large).

I have tested the effect by doing the paper calibration in a way that the nozzle grips the paper but i could still move it. Then i lift one edge of the frame and feel a difference in the resistance. After doing this mod, this difference is greatly reduced almost to zero.

The 287mm Version is a remix of Stabilization brace for Tronxy X5S by Wolfy2003 and Stabilization Brace by matusiakp on Thingiverse. These are not yet on printables, so i decided to upload all lengths for your convinience.

Print settings: PLA, a 0,6 nozzle or bigger if you dont want to wait ages and the maximum layer height you feel good with. Raise the number of walls until everything but the ends is solid and use 10% infill. That way the strengts is maximized and still some filament saved.
