I built my printer enclosure using 1" square tubing from Home Depot, assembling it with #8 x 3/4 Phillips head screws. I sized the tubing according to my needs and used connectors exactly as shown in the instructions. To complete the project, I covered the enclosure with Lexan or paneling of my choice.
