Printed truck V2: Front axle
cults3d
After countless hours of intense work on re-designing this truck from the ground up to make everything function better, I'm thrilled to finally share the first part that's complete. The front axle for the new RC truck, 'Printed Truck V2,' is now ready. It will flex and steer a lot more smoothly than the old model, hopefully lasting longer too! Here are the necessary hardware components: * 4x M3x10 screws for the 4-link setup (length depends on what rod ends you use) * 4x M4x10 screws for the wheel hubs * 2x M4x10 screws for the servo mount * 3x M3x16 screws for the steering bar and servo linkage * 2x M5x30 screws for the wheel hubs You can check out the assembly video for this over at my YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/c/MrCrankyfaceProjects Stay tuned, as I'll be uploading more V2 parts as soon as they're finished! **Update (2016-06-30)**: I've added a new part called Beamaxle_servo_std, which features a bigger hole for the servo. This should fit most standard servos.
