Printed truck: Tyres
cults3d
A unique assortment of tyres, designed to be printed with ninjaflex or comparable soft filament, is available for collection. The rear tyres boast an aggressive tread pattern, while the fronts are almost smooth. Each tyre also has a distinct level of stiffness. These tyres should fit perfectly on Tamiya 1:14 scale rims and the ones I've uploaded for my printed truck. If you're running duals in the rear and singles up front, I highly recommend soft tyres for the rear wheels and medium for the fronts. You can see this type of tyre in action by watching my project video for this truck on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rr9fuMH2_O4. The uploaded tyres are slightly updated and should flex better and more evenly than before. On 2016-07-12, I added solid tyre models to the collection. These can be modified by adjusting the infill percentage and infill width to change their strength.
