Printed truck: Driveshaft
thingiverse
This will work with both Truck V1 and truck V2 Telescope driveshaft goes along with the helical gearbox, using input for a 4mm shaft at either side. Screw the joints together with 3mm grubscrews, as 4mm long ones work but 6-8mm is probably better. You can see a demo of the complete truck here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rr9fuMH2_O4 Edit 2016-03-12: I added U-joint1_PIN.stl, which is the same as U-joint1 but with a 1.5mm hole for a through-pin instead of grubscrews, this seems to work better on the output shaft from the gearbox. This requires drilling through the metal shaft so it's a bit more work. Edit 2016-04-24: I reinforced U-joint1 and U-joint1_PIN a bit, also added a longer u-joint3b. I've printed everything without raft/support @ 0.2mm layer height.
