Dry nylon trimmer line before loading a 300' roll into an oven at 220°F for several hours; print when stiff and slightly discolored. Purchase Super Trim by Desert Extrusions from Kmart for $8 per roll. The spool halves feature identical files and long shafts for easy printing. Attach a coupling to the shaft for a secure fit. Print on garolite or nylon pad, using a cold bed and glass surface. Create a thin CAD pad with rounded corners, print on glass, and adhere to the print bed with contact adhesive. Pads facilitate easier part removal; use acetone if necessary. No license required for this design.
