This rail bolts securely to 20mm T-slot rails found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9013 and is being rigorously tested as a potential replacement for steel rod and rail. For optimal results, PLA material is recommended to minimize warping and curling during the cooling process. If using ABS, reduce the print speed for the first layer and ensure it adheres properly to the bed.
