printed Micro-Hexapod
thingiverse
This project features printed components for a Micro-Hexapod utilizing three Mini-Servos. After soldering electronics onto an etched PCB and testing it, you will receive files for DIY PCB etching or the option to assemble on hole-matrix boards. The design was created in Cinema4D, with the source file available for download. Please be aware of a design flaw in the back-and-front legs; a redesign is forthcoming, and alternative leg designs are encouraged. To assemble, re-drill holes with a drill, attach servos with hot glue (careful not to let it drip into the servo), and follow instructions that will be expanded as more files are uploaded. The upright-standing servo should be secured with hot glue and wired through specific holes for adjustment.
With this file you will be able to print printed Micro-Hexapod with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on printed Micro-Hexapod.
