Printed Guitar Pedalboard Brackets
thingiverse
These are DIY pedalboard brackets designed for 3D printing. Having most of the necessary hardware on hand, I opted for this budget-friendly approach instead of shelling out cash for a commercial pedalboard of comparable size. My custom pedalboard features 500mm 2040 aluminum T-slot extrusions from the 5 series range. To assemble it, simply use M5 x 8 screws. Feel free to adjust the length of the extrusion to suit your specific needs. For a more polished look, I chose to add off-the-shelf end caps. If you're missing out on end caps, I highly recommend smoothing down the edges of the extrusions using a file.
