For my initial project using a Replicator 2, I learned about 3D modeling and printing. To begin, I uploaded a large object that didn't require printing; it consisted of multiple components. I subsequently shared each part individually. The purpose was to provide a visual representation. If you find this valuable, that would make me happy! The basic framework parts (001-006) serve as staff members surrounding the CNC machine. These elements connect without screws, but M4-M5 long screws are needed to attach the base to the CNC body. I printed these with two shells and 10% infill; this resulted in a relatively fine finish. However, for a better fit and slightly increased weight, you might consider using three shells and 20% infill.
