I used ABS, 0.3 layer height, 30% infill with honeycomb to build this project. Pictures clearly show how it's put together - very straightforward. To assemble, use through-bolts on the frame and arms secured by 6-32 screws, washers, and nylon lock nuts. Motor mounts are attached in the same way using M3 screws, washers, and nylon lock nuts. A GoPro, battery, and Boscam 600mW transmitter are all held in place with o-rings purchased from Harbor Freight. FPV tray attaches to landing gear using M3 screws. Battery saddle clips are secured by M3 screws and a small o-ring. Cover requires some M3 screws and nuts, held in place by rubber bands looping under the arms. A filler tray x-brace helps keep landing gear stiff when FPV tray is not used. For FPV power, use Zippy Compact 800mAh battery. Main battery should be Turnigy Nano-Tech 4500mAh 35-70C for optimal performance. Saddle and battery blocks were specifically designed for this battery - other options may need modifications or tweaks to fit properly. Included .DWG files allow users to adapt motor mounts, battery parts, and FPV tray to different components if needed.
