Remix the popular LaserCut-3D Puzzle Eagle, designed by jtronics and obtainable from this link, in Blender 3D. The .dxf file was adjusted for a perfect fit at 1.35mm thickness. At .27mm layer height, five layers are achieved with 100% infill. ABS is the material I've utilized so far; a 75% scale also works. Test two smaller objects to ensure proper fitting before printing the entire eagle. Individual files for Base1_Plate, Base2_Plate, Body_Plate, Feathers&Misc_Plate, and Wings_Plate are provided for those with limited build plates. Print the quantities listed for each component, including two Head, Body, Wing_Connector, Foot, and Back_Large, among others.
