This is a custom-printed 20T idler pulley for the Bear/Bnbsx Short Ears X-axis, designed to upgrade the existing x-axis idler pulley with a printed solution using two MR63ZZ L-630 bearings from Amazon (B00ZHSQX42). The bearings rotate on an M3x12 button-head screw (B07MN9X2KN) secured by a half-width square nut (B073SB766G) in the standard Bear/Bnbsx idler pulley mount. Although it may not provide a noticeable quality improvement over a genuine Gates/E3D idler pulley, this printed solution offers a cost-effective alternative using spare parts from the BNBSX Short Ears build. Future testing will reveal if the added bearing affects service life.
