PrintDry Dremel spool adaptor for upper tray

This adapter is designed specifically to enable easy insertion and feeding of Dremel brand filament spools from the top shelf of the PrintDry Filament Dryer (Model FD-770). The adapter fits snugly onto the upper tray, similar to the provided PrintDry spindle, and includes an optional disk with roller bearings. I discovered that the bearings were not necessary in most cases as the spools rotate quite smoothly. However, your results may vary. Ensure you use a filament with good heat resistance since it will stay warm in the PrintDry (I used ABS). Parts: Base - one required. Spindle - one required. This should fit snugly into the center hole in the base. Bearings Disk (optional) - one required Bearings Capture Disk (optional) - not needed. Roller Bearing (optional) - six are included, all in a single file. When assembling the optional bearings, place the rollers into the indentations on the base disk. Apply a small amount of superglue or equivalent between the rollers, being careful not to get any near the rollers. Next, place the capture disk on top, capturing the rollers in place and press down until glue sets. The bearings disk is slid onto the adapter with the bearings facing downward. Included are the .stl files along with SketchUp files if you'd like to create a derivative.
